Blair says MPs oblivious to the people

Tony Blair has told his Cabinet there is a “worrying gap” between MPs and the public over the defeated 90-day terror clause. The Government’s wounded Bill to counter terrorism has cleared the Commons after its third reading and now goes to the House of Lords.
